My name is Michael M Kloian, and I am the mobile home sales Broker of record for Blufin. Blufin is duly licensed and bonded in the state of Florida to conduct used mobile home sales.
If you live in a 55+ MH community like I do, or perhaps a Family MH Park, then I urge you to contact me if you are considering selling or buying your mobile/manufactured home for a number of reasons. First, if you’re selling, the Blufin commission is a low, fixed rate fee, not a percentage of your sales price. You’ll save hundreds of dollars if not thousands.
If you’re planning to purchase a MH in a 55+ community or a Family Park the only costs you’ll incur is the 6% sales tax, 1% county imposed surtax, or no more than $50, title transfer fee and registration fees and perhaps a prorated amount of the lot rent as of the day you take title.
