Location-Location-Location
The Gulf side of Florida is simply gorgeous. Within minutes from my location (Bay Lake Estates is at the corner of Albee Farm Rd & Colonia
Lane) I can access several beaches. Nokomis is situated next to Venice, and is a hidden gem, a small quiet community of homes and businesses. You are literally close to everything, which saves driving time, miles, and wear and tear on your vehicle, not to mention gallons upon gallons of fuel.
Downtown Venice, a bee-hive of activity, is also minutes from my location (Bay Lake Estates), and is a great place to take your company or shop and dine. Don’t forget to visit their weekly Farmer’s market where they offer fresh veggies, baked goods, and plenty of other items you can take home. Read more about Venice and see several beautiful beaches.
Further to the north lies Sarasota, a very popular place to visit, shop and dine. With Armand Circle off to the west you’ll no doubt enjoy a great shopping & dining experience there as well. Your family will enjoy going to Siesta Key Beach, rated #1 beach in America, and is noted for it’s cool, pure white quartz sand. (See below!)
